We had a great halloween. Dawson was a Ninja fighter, Braden an special ops army guy, Tate a turtle, and Abigail a ladybug.
It was also what I call a transitional year for us. Dawson, is just getting old enough where he would rather be hanging out with friends than with us. As soon as we got outside and got some quick family pics, Dawson & Braden sprinted off with friends. It's a little sad but we realize it is part of growing up. Although just a few houses down, Braden came lumbering back to find us (we were moving considerably slower, after all, we were with a turtle) and decided he didn't quite want to be with the big kids. Then, after making the rounds, Dawson managed to find us and we did the last few houses as a family.
Needless to say, there is now more candy in this house then we could ever possibly eat. I suppose I'll take some to work......
